Community Fees

Click on Control Panel  >  Community Fees.   If it is the first time you are using this service, then you will see a window similar to the one displayed.   This module can be used for displaying actual fees and full transactions for each individual owner.

You will note that this section is divided into 4 parts:

• Add debit or credit. This module allows you to add a debit or credit for one or all properties at once.
• Live Fees Manager. This module allows you to make changes to the data available in the fees table.  All changes are live and cannot be reversed.
• CSV Import. This module allows you to work on the data in form of a spread sheet & then import the data as one file.  This allows you to work on the sheet in an offline mode before uploading it and making it live and available to all owners.
• Import History. The import history is a list of all the files that have been imported.  Read this section if you wish to delete any history file. 

Each part provides you with a different tool to make data entry as simple as possible. Let’s look at each section individually.
