Proxy Votes

In order to be able to send a proxy vote, a community meeting must have been added for which the date is not in the past. Obviously you can only suggest a representative only for future meetings and not any past meetings. So you may want to check in the Community Meeting section, to make sure that a meeting has been setup.  

Once you are sure that a Community Meeting exists, proceed to the Proxy Voting option via User Menu > Community > Proxy Voting. The proxy voting window has three main sections:

• Proxy vote list
• Proxy Vote form
• Notify Representative
