Proxy Vote form

The law: The first part defines the horizontal property law under which you are authorised to send a representative to the specified meeting on your behalf to vote on any matters that are discussed at that meeting.

The Owner: Your name will appear on the form to show as the owner of the property who is signing this proxy form.

The Community: The community name in which your property is located.

Authorise: The name of the person whom you wish to represent you at the meeting. Please use full name and surname as it might be checked against an identification card.

Represent on: Generally there will only be one meeting, but there are instances that in one year there may be two or more meetings. In these cases the form allows you to select which meeting you would like your representative to attend.

Property Number: You may have more than one property in a particular community. You can therefore select the property for which you want your representative to represent you.

 IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have more properties and you wish for a representative to represent you at the meeting, YOU MUST repeat the procedure and provide an authorisation for each property.
