Proxy vote list

The screenshot shows the first area of this window. Every time you send a proxy voting, it is added to a list which you can see on subsequent visits. The list shows the proxy votes you sent for a particular meeting, as the owner of property, on which date and the name of your representative. If you have not sent a proxy vote as yet, this section will be obviously empty.

Community Meeting: The meeting for which you will be sending the vote for.

Property: This is the property you own for which you are asking someone else to represent you as the owner in that meeting.

Date: The date on which you sent the proxy vote authorization.

Representative name: The name of the person you have selected as your representative for that meeting.
