Step 1

One the first step you have to define whether the property is for sale or for rent and some basic options.

• For sale: With a tick box to List property for sale. If you tick this box you will be required to enter the Sale Price in Euros (please don’t use decimals or commas)
• For rent: Where you can select whether you are renting the property or just a room. If you tick any of these boxes you will be required to enter:
  • Long term rental price per month in Euros (please don’t use decimals or commas).
  • Rental periods and price per week or month in Euros (no decimals or commas).
    •  By clicking on the green plus-sign button you can add more rental periods.
    • You can remove rental periods by  clicking on the red minus-sign button
• Options: a set of basic conditions and any extra information that you may want to add.
  • References required (Y/N)
  • Smoking Allowed (Y/N)
  • Pets Allowed (Y/N)
  • Notes

Once done, click “Next” to go to Step 2.

Step 2 – Please describe your property

In this step you will see the name of the community where the property is located and a from requiring more information:

• Property type: Where you select your type of property between Townhouse, Parking, Apartment, Finca, Local, Plot, Store Room and Villa
• Description: Where you can add some nice information about your property
• M2 built: The built size (in square meters) of the property
• M2 terrace: The size (in square meters) of the property’s terrace, if any.
• M2 plot: The size (in square meters) of the piece of land where the property sits.
• Bedrooms: Number of bedrooms in the property
• Bathrooms: Number of bathrooms in the property
• Orientation: Whether is facing north, south, east or west
• Conditions: Whether the property is in bad, fair, good or excellent conditions, or if it s new.
• Year Built: The year the property was built
• Furnished:  Whether is furnished or not
• Characteristics: Use this area to specify some extra features available by adding or removing from a selector system
  • Property Facilities: Terrace, Double glazing, En suite bathroom, Views, Store Room, Fully fitted kitchen, Garage, Jacuzzi, Lift, Sauna, 24h Reception, Bath, Air conditioning, Central Heating, Private swimming pool, Private Garden, Alarm system and Utility room.
  • Amenity Services: Pool, Parking, Close to school, Close to shops, Marina, Security, Communal Garden and Gym.
  • Local Amenities: Golf, Beach, Coastal, Hiking, Horse riding, Tennis court and Paddle tennis.

Once done, click “Next” to go to Step 3. There is also a “Back” button to return to “Step 1”.

Step 3 – Add images and video

On the third step  you can manage the media for your property, including images and videos.

• Main Image: Click on “Upload main image” to add the main image for the property
• Additional images:  by clicking on “Upload additional images” you can enter more images of your property.
• YouTube:  If you have a video on YouTube with your property, you can attach a link to it so people can see it from your property listing.

Once done, click “Next” to go to Step 4. There is also a “Back” button to return to Step 3.

Step 4 – Contact information

On this step you can select the contact information you would like displayed in the property details page. You can choose to show or hide your own personal details.

If your property is managed by an agent, please tick the “Add agent information” box and then click “Next” to enter the agents contact details (name, telephone, mobile phone and email).

Once done, click “Next” to go to Step 5. There is also a “Back” button to return to “Step 4”.

Step 5 – Preview

On this page you can see a preview of how your property is going to be shown on the website.

If you are happy with the result, please click on “Save” to add your property to the Market Place, else click on “Back” to return to Step 4.

Step 6 – SMS Notifications

Now you have added your property, why not make sure you don’t miss any potential buyers or tenants? On this last step you can ask to receive an SMS notification if somebody contacts you through the website regarding your property listing. Click on the tick box to activate the system.

If you don’t have any SMS credits, use the options provided to purchase credits through Credit Card or PayPal.

Once finished click on “My property listings” to view your listed property on the Market Place.
