Notifications and statistics

On the first login, after a notification has been sent out, the user is automatically prompted with a message box, informing them that they have pending messages in their inbox.

After this notification it will then appear on n the main screen in the “Quick Navigation”, in red with number of pending new messages.

From a president, administrator or any control point of view, you want to always see how has received it, logged it and read it.  This stats is available in the same area of “Community Meeting”.   Figure shows the particular screen in the Community Meeting section, where you can see a list of all the Registered Notifications.  By clicking on the envelope you can get a complete statistical list of all those who have:  i)  not logged in, ii) logged in but not read & iii) logged in and read.
